Preface:

1)The question from the #kenston debate I participated in. The first question that was asked by the audience was:

“Residents Opinion on proposed auto service station / restaurant on 422.” (The question was not IF it MAY be a truck stop or not, to be clear.)

2) I have been activity meeting with residents to hear their concerns and this is a major current event. There are a lot of different opinions. My goal is to post the facts, as this is obviously an issue the people care about.

Below is the most recent court case complaint filed from the company that would like to build.

Side note: I have been told multiple times that court cases do not cost us (auburn residents) anything. I’m working the specifics of this next and will get real numbers, as I suspect that we the people do pay for all of this.
